Pain Killer

Originated and perfected at Sandcastle’s Soggy Dollar Bar in the 1970s, the ground nutmeg on the top made the swim to the Soggy Dollar Bar worth the effort.  Features Captain Morgan spiced rum, Coco Lopez, pineapple juice, fresh squeezed orange juice and topped with ground nutmeg. 8.99

Duke’s Blue Hawaiian

This truly tropical masterpiece blends Bacardi light rum, pineapple juice, Blue Curaçao and Coco-Lopez. An island favorite named after Duke Kahanamoku. 8.99

Jinja Mule

Our fresh spin on a classic. A smooth and refreshing drink made with Sobieski Polish vodka, simple syrup, Fever Tree ginger beer, fresh squeezed lime and grapefruit juices, and a splash of soda. 9.00

Caipirinha

Brazil’s national cocktail made with cachaça which,
like rum, is made from sugarcane. This drink features Leblon Cachaça, simple syrup and fresh lime juice. 9.99

Pina Colada

Originating in San Juan, Puerto Rico in the 1950s,
our version of this frozen classic features Captain
Morgan spiced rum, Coco Lopez, with a float of
Myer’s dark Jamaica rum on top. 9.29

Bahama Mama

Bacardi Superior light rum, Myers dark rum, Mount Gay Eclipse gold rum, Malibu coconut rum and fresh fruit juices, with a dash of bitters. 9.29

Singapore Sling

A classic since its invention at the Long Bar of Raffles
Hotel in Singapore in 1915, this Tiki cocktail combines
gin, Cherry Heering and our special blend of fresh
lemon and lime juices. 9.29

Zombie

Created in the 1930s as a hangover cure at the renowned Don the Beachcomber restaurant in Hollywood, this timeless classic features Bacardi Superior light rum, Mount Gay Eclipse gold rum, Myers’s dark Jamaican rum, apricot brandy and fresh fruit juices.  Be careful—it might sneak up on you! 9.79

Pisco Punch

This punch was first concocted at the Bank Exchange bar in San Francisco in the late 1800’s.  It became a favorite of Mark Twain’s whenever he visited the area. Consists of Pisco, pineapple juice, lemon juice and orange bitters. 8.29

Sidecar

Created at the Ritz in Paris during WWI when a regular customer arrived on his motorcycle, replete with sidecar, and asked the bartender for a cocktail that would take off the chill, this celebrated cocktail blends brandy, triple sec and fresh lemon & lime juice. 8.29

Sazerac

Created in the 1870s in New Orleans and recognized as the very first cocktail, this blend of Rye Whiskey, Absinthe, Angostura bitters and simple syrup is served chilled in a martini glass, straight up with a twist. 9.99

Old Tom Collins

Made from Old Tom Gin, this was popular in the US from the late 1800’s until prohibition. Old Tom’s is lighter in Juniper, heavier in citrus, clove, & cinnamon, and is lightly sweetened. Add in our Jinja simple syrup, fresh squeezed lemon juice, and top off with a splash of club soda. 8.95

Cucumber Gin Fizz

A spin on the old classic. Made with Old Tom Gin,
Jinja’s simple syrup, muddled fresh cucumbers, a splash of

club soda & garnished with a spanked mint leaf.

Martinez Cocktail

Developed in the 1850’s, this cocktail was created by a bartender who was trying to satisfy a customer’s

request for “something different”, while passing through on his way to Martinez California. It is a manhattan

made with Old Tom Gin instead of bourbon. 9.95

New Mexico Bulldog

Our version of the colorado bulldog made with La Luz Vodka (the light), Kahlua, half & half, and a splash of Pepsi.
If you are really adventurous try this with Rojo Pinon Rum instead of vodka, a tasty sweet treat. 9.95
