Our authentic Asian and tropical food and drink is a Gateway to Paradise

Cabin Fever? Come to Jinja!

Even in sunny Santa Fe, the winter can have its effect….
But, when you are at Jinja, you can escape to paradisee23a0fdb-2938-4017-904c-58e71cd5861b

To kick-off your meal at Jinja, you’ll need a drink (or two… okay, three). Might we suggest these fantastic concoctions from our bar?

Golden Geisha
Sit back, relax and enjoy. This Golden Geisha will take care of all your wants and worries with this cocktail that features Absolut Vanilla vodka, St. Germain mixed with apple juice served in a chilled martini glass.

Silver Coin Margarita
Our version of this Santa Fe favorite is a must for the margarita connoisseur. El Tesoro Platinum 100% agave tequila, Cointreau, agave nectar and fresh lime juice squeezed into the glass.

Cucumber Gin Fizz
A spin on the old classic. Made with Old Tom Gin, Jinja’s simple syrup, muddled fresh cucumbers, a splash of club soda & garnished with a spanked mint leaf. Refreshing and delicious.

Then, it’s time to spice it up!

Whether you’re looking for a hot meal or a spicy new appetizer, you’ll find it at one of our three restaurants around New Mexico. Here’s a few of our favorites from the menu:

Spicy Sriracha Shrimp
Crispy black tiger shrimp dusted in our spicy flour mix and dipped in Sriracha tempura batter, flash fried and served hot and crispy with our house-made Sriracha aioli.

Jungle Green Curry
Shrimp, red and green bell peppers, carrots, green beans and snap peas in a spicy green coconut milk curry.

Thai Red Shrimp
Black Tiger Shrimp in a spicy red curry sauce with red and green bell peppers.

We’ll see you

in Paradise!
